Classes

  • ESSENTIALS

    Are you new to pilates? This class is a great way to refresh technique and come to your senses with your body. This class capitalizes on essential moves that build a foundation for your pilates practice or attending this class will refresh what is needed to take all classes to a deeper level. The focus is on core strengthening and builds to all parts of the body. This class gets you feeling your body.

  • JUMP BOARD

    Jump board pilates utilizes the jump board on the reformer.   This gives you a plyometric type work out with out better utilization through the joints. This core strengthening workout gets you moving from head to toe literally and incorporates cardio.  Come give it a try.  This is more of an intermediate class, but can be modified if you are just starting out.  

  • RESTORE AND FLOW

    If you are looking to gradually build into strength. Rehabilitation flow will help you define body awareness in your body that will help you feel safe to move and create more strength. Strength comes in lot of ways not just heavy loads. This class will help you zone in on stretch, strength, and mobility so you can move more freely and safely.

  • REFORMER PLUS

    This class is for the person who needs a push in pilates. This class will challenge your pilates essentials and give you a challenge mentally and physically. You will find more moves that require control and strength. This class is perfect for the athlete or the person looking to bump up from essentials.

10X Punch Pass

Punch Pass can be used for any class within a three month period! There is no commitment to a membership and can be used at anytime.
